- This month we decided to build a nice bodacious malt base and trial a newer hop (Talus) in a format we have never used it in before (Cryo). What we're left with is without a doubt one of the juiciest beers we've ever made. Dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Talus cryo this beer is dripping with notes tangerine, lychee, tropical berries and intense olfactory citrus.
