
- We got together and brewed a beer at their brewery and one at ours. The recipes are conceptually the same, but each brewery put their own house processes into it. We used phantasm in the whirlpool, yeast that frees bound thiols and then dry hopped it with a blend of Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. It tastes like ripe tropical fruit and a medley of citrus
