
- We made this Piquette by macerating Riesling skins in savoury Guelph water for 4 days. The skins came from an orange wine we made at our sister project: ibi wines. It drinks kind of like iced tea if you made it with grapes. It's grippy, savoury and saline, with something that reminds us of pineapples too.
