- The point of this new series is to see how hops from entirely different growing regions, and 'terroirs', will present in the beer when used together with love. This first Winter 2023 IPA edition (released just in time for the name to be true!) is brewed with oats and hopped with the Southern Hemisphere beauties Galaxy and Rikau as well as US-grown HBC586.
