- This month, being that it is the month of Valentines Day/love, we decided we wanted to use some hops that we've been crushing on. Hopped with Citra (our OG hop crush), Idaho 7 and a particularly expressive lot of Cashmere that throws some flavours reminiscent of New Zealand terroir.
