- This beer was hopped entirely with the hops from the fine folks @freestylehops . We used Mega Motueka in the whirlpool (which is composed of Phantasm and a selected lot of Motueka high in thiols) and then we dry hopped it with their less sexy hop varieties: Rakau, New Zealand Cascade and Motueka.
