- On April 1st we are officially 7 years old. To mark the occasion we wanted to create something that we have never done before. Seven is a blend of Bourbon barrel aged Imperial stout, and Bourbon barrel aged Barleywine. Resulting in something the bridges the two best beer styles that exist.
