- Brewed as a traditional gose with wheat, coriander and sea salt. Fermented with Thiol Libre to play off the coriander and the Phantasm we added in the whirlpool. We re-fermented on chardonnay must, added orange and lime zest and aged a number of months on tequila soaked oak chips.
