- This is a style of wine labeled orange or amber which refers to the process of the white grapes being fermented/aged on its skins. This wine is an ‘entry level’ orange in that it has seen 10 days on its skins. Skin contact adds texture in the form of weight as well as tannins, flavour as well as colour. Pale orange colour with aromas of tropical fruit, hazelnut and apple. Dried orange rind on the palate. Well-structured with sweet tannins and good acidity.
