- We started with an IPA brewed with a large portion of oats and co-fermented it with honey harvested from the hives at the library's Beaty Branch. We then dry hopped it with Eclipse, Lotus and HBC586. We big notes of wildflower honey along with goldenrod, crushed pineapple and key lime.
